 First and foremost we are students dedicated to achieving academic excellence. Our members make up a spectrum of majors and all put their academic goals at the forefront of their collegiate experience. 

 The development of confident, honest, and committed leaders for the betterment of tomorrow is a priority we strive to maintain. Phi Psi provides its members with the programs to become leaders in tomorrows communities. 

 We are a brotherhood of honorable men, courteous and cultured, and from all backgrounds of life. Together we strive to overcome obstacles and hold each other accountable in a quest to strengthen our character and integrity.
